A Minnesota hospital may have gotten itself into the record books by delivering 19 baby boys in a row. The staff at the University of Minnesota Medical Center in Minneapolis certainly had never heard of that happening before. For more than 62 straight hours no girls were born in the hospital's delivery room, CBS Minnesota reports. "I actually delivered baby 18 and we knew that the number had been pretty high," Dr. Samantha Hoffman, an assistant professor of obstetrics, gynecology and women's health, told the station. The deliveries took place from about 5:00 p.m. Friday, Nov. 23 until 7:15 a.m. Monday, Nov. 26, when a baby girl was born. The weight of all 19 boys totaled 115 pounds. "It's always fun to be a part of something that's out of the ordinary," said Megan Dischinger, mother of the 14th baby.

Key:

  • Aggregate Sentiment is meant to be an indicator of an individual's overall sentiment.
  • The Mean is meant to be an indicator of an individual's average comment sentiment.
  • The Standard Deviation, when there are enough quotes, will indicate an individual's consistency of sentiment (i.e. a Standard Deviation of 0 would mean they were very consistent in their sentiment and 1 would mean they were very inconsistent).

Note that quote stats are likely to be meaningless beyond the aggregate score due to the tiny sample size. However, they are always provided just in case you find something useful there.
